WHEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW CUSTOM PIECES?
All custom pieces are released once a month. Cosmic Cactus will always announce release dates on custom pieces since they are limited one of a kind items.
 
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANTED IS SOLD OUT?
Cosmic Cactus strongly encourages to immediately check out! Some items go extremely quick! Due to high demand of specific items it is best to add to cart + checkout. Just because you have an item in your cart does not mean it is designated to your cart forever - there is a time limit on cart items. If the item you wanted sells out and it is a custom piece, there will be attempt to perhaps make a second batch, but since it is custom it will never look identical. Best bet is to check out as soon as possible with the items you wish to have.
