The shipping process begins after your order has been

submitted + processed + accepted

Please allow 24 hours for processing on weekdays prior to shipment.

If purchasing Friday - Sunday, please note these are NOT weekdays, and

will therefore be processed during the weekday during operating hours.

- We are currently shipping within the United States only.

- We are not responsible for shipping costs | or extra fees.

- We do however offer a flat rate fee for all our customers on shipping.

- We also offer a shipping fee wave, IF you spend $50 or more pre tax.

ALL returns must be made by day 14 from shipment day.

ALL returns must have all tags still attached.

ALL returns must be in original condition.

ALL custom pieces are NON returnable.

ALL intimates are NON returnable.

ALL jewelry is NON returnable.

Returns are subject to approval by Cosmic Cactus staff following guidelines listed in our return policy expectations. Returned merchandise shipping will not be covered by Cosmic Cactus, but we do offer FREE shipping to our customers on order that are $50 or higher pre tax.
